| 1925 | Pereles Bros., Inc. is founded by Al and Joe Pereles |
| 1930’s | Transition from light manufacturing to plastics fabricating |
| 1970 | Al Pereles sells company to Beatrice Foods and Keith Tracy becomes GM |
| 1981 | Beatrice Foods sells the company to Tracy and his partner, Don Biesecker |
| 1991 | Biesecker sells to Keith Tracy who becomes sole owner |
| 2000 | Tracy sells the company to the management group through an ESOT lead by Ted Muccio as President, Les Wilson as VP-Chief Financial Officer |
| 2002 | Upgraded molding room equipment, adding 7 new presses |
| 2003 | Started Lean Implementation |
| 2006 | Brought in additional pad printing machines to enhance value-added services |
| 2007 | Brought in new Heat Staking capabilities |
| 2008 | Installed new Mattec production monitoring system |
| 2009 | Added 725 Ton Press capacity |
